1. CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER: Female - 15 years experience

To handle complete project -from welcome call to Handing over of flats Attending to customer calls & walk-in customers and resolve their issues

Preparation construction & sale agreements Preparation of bank documents, for customers to avail loans

Arranging registrations with proper approvals Payment follow-up’s .

Getting updating of flat, block & project status from site and informing customers Informing customers for inspection & feedback

To attend all queries and requests of customers, and resolving the problems smoothly.

2.GENERAL MANAGER – PROJECTS:

Male Candidate should be Civil Engineering Graduate / Post graduate with around 15-25 years of experience in the field of Construction.

Good knowledge in Planning of the Projects, Site Management, Coordination between Contractor and Consultant, Material Management at Site, Bill Checking, Tendering, Estimation, Quality Checking. 

 Responsible for cost & Quality & progress of the project

3. ACCOUNTS  EXECUTIVE

MALE GRADUATE – B.COM / M.COM .WITH 5 YRS EXPERIENCE  IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Handling  accounts, Service Tax / Sales Tax / ROC / upto finalization of accounts, filing computer entry, ERP knowledge etc.,

4. COUNTER SALES: 

MALE, GRADUATE WITH 2 TO 3 YRS EXPERIENCE IN WATCH SHOWROOM OR ANY OTHER RETAIL SHOWROOM. 

5.  LIAISON OFFICER

 MALE GRADUATE WITH 5 YRS  EXPERIENCE IN LIAISONING LIKE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, TAHSILDAR OFFICE, MUNICIPALITIES, ELECTRICITY, METRO WATER, CMDA, CWMSSB ETC.,  ONLY HOUSING INDUSTRY.

6. CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER

Female, should be B.A/ B.Com, B.sc.,graduate with 1 to 3 yrs experience in Construction Industry. To handle the customers and able to deliver their requirements in time and following prior process adopted by the company.

7. SALES EXECUTIVE:

Female Graduate, should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably from Housing Industry. Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills. Computer knowledge is essential.

8. COMPUTER OPERATOR:

Female /Graduate 2-3 yrs experience in construction field.

9. QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

Female / DCE Civil with 2 to 3 yrs experience in Quantity Survey.
Computer knowledge is essential. (ERP)
