Social Initiatives - The company runs a creche for the children of the workers
of the site. The construction workers are migratory and move from one site to another depending on the availability of work. Their family also move with them and the workers set up home at the work site. While the father and mother are busy with the work, the children aimlessly wander around and also subject themselves to the risk of injury.
To keep them effectively occupied and at the same time to impart some knowledge, the company Runs a crèche at the projects sites. The children attend the crèche from 9 am to 5 pm and they are provided lunch. They are under the guidance and care of expert teachers. The creche is in with the help of Malarchi a NGO. |
