Maintenance Services
All our apartments come with a DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD of 1yr i.e. within 1yr from the date of occupation of your apartment, if any defect surfaces, which is not due to the negligence of the user, we will rectify the same, no questions asked.
We have maintenance team which will attend to all your requirements / complaints, free of charge during the 1 yr and at a nominal charge later.

Fixing of electrical fittings such as fans, lights etc.
