Job Overview

• Our Sales department is in search of a Sales Executive to join us on an intermediate basis. Nearby to the Perungudi site.
• You will be responsible for handling the daily sale activities.
• As a Sales Executive, you should be working in coordination with the sales team, Asst Manager and Sales Manager. You should have excellent experience in sales. In addition to this , you should be good at maintaining the reports.
• You should possess good decision making skills and ability to communicate efficiently.You should also have good organizational and sales skills.

Responsibilities

•  Attending walk-ins & presentation of the project details
•  Taking the customers through the project view
•  Followup of leads & reports to be maintained
•  Meeting the sales targets and sales goal efficiently

MANAGER LEGAL:

• Education: Graduate in Law.

• Providing guidance on legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance and litigation
• Overseeing the operation of the legal department.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
• Drafting and vetting contracts, legal documents and agreements.
• Should be up-to-date with the latest legal changes.
• Coordinating with outside counsel in handling legal proceedings of the company

Sales/Telecalling/LMT- Junior level

• Qualification: Degree holder
• Some experience or internship in a business environment, preferably in lead management or real estate.

• CTC : 2.67 lakhs per annum
• Make outbound and attend inbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead list through ERP.
•  Present our projects and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Record customer information and sales details accurately in our ERP.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly tele-sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional decorum during customer interactions.
• Attend trainings provided by your senior.
• Ensuring team target is achieved on a daily basis.
• Must have fluency in English and Tamil.
• Should be ready to work on Sunday and week off, shall be provided on any one day of the weekday.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:

• Qualification: BE degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience: Minimum Experience 10 years in Residential High end building construction site.
• CTC : 6L to 7L per annum.
• Immediate Joining.
• Locality: Work place is Karapakkam, Chennai.
• Experience in residential high rise project management.
• Experience with CAD software and MS Office.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a team and remain professional at all times.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.
• Coordination with other engineers , consultants and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Managing and monitoring the electrical works.
• Mainlining quality assurance on all electrical components and projects, and writing up reports.
• Usage of CAD software
• Analyzing and approving and monitoring various construction and engineering plans.
• Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting .
• Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in electrical engineering.
