Doshi Housing announces new project in city

Chennai, Sep 29 (UNI) Real-estate developer Doshi Housing Private Limited today announced its latest project “Risington” on Central OMR in the city involving an investment of Rs 150 crores.

Foundation works were completed and the formal bookings, with an inaugural offer of Rs 4,850 per sqft, with a first-of-its-kind Investment Protection Guarantee scheme, would open on October one.
